The wife of a Faversham diver who went missing off the Dover coast has issued an emotional plea for help


A plea has been made by the wife of a diver who is thought to be missing off the Dover coast. A search was launched at 12.50pm yesterday (March 12), where three RNLI lifeboats and two Coastguard helicopters were tasked after a diver was reported missing at St Margaret’s Bay. A Facebook post has been shared over 3,000 times this morning pleading to find Ben Moss, who is understood to have been last seen seen scuba diving at 11:30am yesterday.

A spokesman for the RNLI confirmed all three RNLI lifeboats from Walmer, Dover and Dungeness were called off yesterday evening due to the darkness. The Coastguard has been contacted for comment. Mr Moss is a well-known face in Faversham and has previously stood as a Ukip candidate in local elections
